Payments & Returns
For customers shopping within the U.S., we accept most major credit cards and debit cards. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. We do not accept prepaid credit cards without a registered billing address. You may also complete your purchase with ApplePay, PayPal, Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna.​

Please note that itsupcycled charges all applicable sales taxes based on an order's shipping address.

To qualify for a return you must submit your return request within 14 days of arrival, based on shipper tracking details. If you have an itsupcycled.com Account, and you purchased from the account, you will have 30 days instead.
You may request a return up to 1 time per order during the 14-day period. Requests after the 14-day time frame are not eligible for return. If you have an itsupcycled.com Account, and you purchased from the account, you will have 30 days instead.
All returns must be shipped using an itsupcycled.com issued shipping label provided from our Returns email within 48 hours after submitting your return request. We will not accept returns using a label not obtained from itsupcycled.com.

Itsupcycled.com will issue a refund as Store Credit Only and Amount returned is based on the return reason and return inspection upon arrival at our fulfillment center. Refunds will be issued within 2-4 business days after arrival at our fulfillment center. Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive at our fulfillment center. Refunds will only be issued for items that are received back in the same condition they were originally shipped.

Refunds as Store Credit will automatically add the credit to your itsupcycled account, or you will be sent a Store Credit code if you checked out as a guest initially.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually ships within 1-3 business days after placing the order.

Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and additional information regarding tracking your order.

Why was I charged a $3.99 restock fee on my return?
Due to increased shipping costs across the country a $3.99 return restock fee will now be applied to all return shipments. This fee will be removed from your refund total. Shipping is never refunded.

How do I make changes to an existing order?
Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it. If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please contact us for any changes you may require.

Condition & Sanitization
What does 'New, Like New , Gently Used and Pre-Loved mean'?

'NEW' stands for just that New items in or out the Package.' These are terms used to describe items that are still in 'NEW' condition,

Items that are no longer in a package may have been taken out the box or package and maybe played with or worn once and have no visible signs of use is 'LIKE NEW'.

Items that are no longer in a package may have been taken out the box or package and gently played with or worn and may show some small blemish and otherwise show no other visible signs of use is 'GENTLY USED'.

'PRE-LOVED' This is used to describe Items that have been played with or worn and shows many signs of wear but, are fully functional.

'VINTAGE' This is used to describe Items that have been played with and are Pre- year 2000's. May have aging of packaging or item but is still in wearable or Useful condition.

Sanitization of every item offered: All clothing are freshly laundered if used. All items are wiped down and cleaned prior to shipping. All items are tested and guaranteed to work unless stated in the description. All cleaning supplies used are deemed Eco-Friendly ,are specific to kill germs on toys and deemed safe for children and pets.
